LPA Price Increase
Take Control Today — Appoint the People You Trust
From 17 November 2025, the Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) will increase the registration fee for each Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) from £82 to £92, so now is a good time to act if you have been meaning to get yours in place or change existing arrangements.
We care about your and your family’s peace of mind (and helping you keep costs down), so we would like to offer our assistance in completing and registering your Powers of Attorney before the fee increases, if you haven’t arranged them yet, or if you want replacement forms processed with updated information.
Why consider acting now?
Save £10 per LPA. £20 total per person for both LPAs.
Protect yourself by appointing trusted people to make decisions if you cannot.
Avoid delays as registration must be completed before the documents can be used
Plan for now, as Property & Financial LPAs can sometimes be used before loss of capacity to help with pensions, utilities and finances
Check for fee reductions, as we will help clients apply for exemptions or 50% remissions if eligible, at no extra cost to you.
