Question 1: Why do I need to securely store my Will?
Storing your Will securely ensures it can be found and used when it’s needed most. If your original Will is lost, damaged, or accidentally destroyed, it could be treated as if you never made one — leaving your estate distributed under the rules of intestacy.

No, utilising this service allows you to securely store your Will, Letter of Wishes and Lasting Power of Attorney documents.
Question 3: What if I want to make changes to my Will?
As part of the service, we will update your Will with basic changes free of charge. Therefore, all you need to do is notify us of the changes, and we will do the rest.
Question 4: What happens to my Will if your company closes?
We securely store your Will and other documentation at a national Will Storage organisation. Therefore, if our company closes, your Will is still safely stored. You can at anytime, cancel the service and have your documents returned to you.
