Here are some of our FAQs
In most cases, yes. A Will handles what happens after you die – but LPAs and Trusts can protect you and your family during your lifetime too.
Yes, we’ll help you understand what your potential liability is and whether there are ways to reduce it.
Not at all. Life can be unpredictable, and planning early gives you the most protection and peace of mind.
If you die without a valid Will, your estate will be distributed according to the laws of intestacy – which may not reflect your wishes. Without LPAs, no one can legally act on your behalf if you lose capacity, meaning your family may need to apply to the Court of Protection, which is time-consuming and costly.
Can I update my Will or LPA if things change?
Yes. We recommend reviewing your estate plan regularly – especially after major life changes like marriage, divorce, children, or buying property. We offer a review service to make sure your documents always reflect your current wishes.
Most Wills and LPAs can be completed in 2 to 4 weeks, depending on your availability and the complexity of your estate. We’ll keep things as simple and efficient as possible, while giving you all the support you need along the way. Please note that LPA registrations can take longer due to the Office of the Public Guardian.
Mr and Mrs Smith
"Friendly, professional, and explained everything in plain English. We’d put off writing our Wills for years, but they made the whole process quick and reassuring. We now have peace of mind knowing everything’s in place for our children."
Ms Rogers
"After my mum’s health declined, I didn’t know where to start with LPAs. They took the time to walk me through every step and made a stressful situation so much easier. I honestly don’t know what we’d have done without them."
Mr Davis
"I run a small business, so I needed advice not just on my Will but also on protecting my assets and future planning. The service was tailored, thorough, and surprisingly affordable. I’ve already recommended them to friends."
