Frequently Asked Questions

Please contact us for more information or to help with specific questions

Question 1: Why do I need to securely store my Will?

Storing your Will securely ensures it can be found and used when it’s needed most. If your original Will is lost, damaged, or accidentally destroyed, it could be treated as if you never made one — leaving your estate distributed under the rules of intestacy.

Question 2: Can I change or add details to the documents after our meeting?

Yes absolutely. After our initial meeting, we will probably need to liaise over some of the details and changes can be made up until the point of signing the documents.

Question 3: Does the meeting have to be at my house?

Not at all, a lot of our clients prefer the meeting at their house as it is easier and allows them to talk more comfortably about their person circumstance. However, if you prefer, we can conduct a video call for this meeting or a simple telephone conversation.

Question 4: What advice do you give in the meeting?

Once we have listened to your requirements and circumstance, we will provide relevant, jargon free advice and provide the best way forward for you. This will then be discussed and agreed upon between us.
